Battery and peaks

The expensive quarter hour stays low.

The utility bills the highest quarter hour of the month. IQ calculates when the battery should supply and when it should charge, so that this peak stays low and the battery is still full enough.

What the module does

Grid target by time of day

Store sun during the day, break peaks in the evening, recharge at night only as gently as the paid peak allows.

State of charge and range

How full the battery is, how long it lasts at the same power, and which blocks are reporting right now.

The active plan

The battery's weekly plan, every change with date and reason in the log. Nothing changes without it being written down.

Suggestions instead of gut feeling

When cloudy days are coming, IQ calculates whether the battery will last and suggests a grid target that does not create a new peak.

Charging and battery together

When the state of charge is low, the charging stations can throttle by themselves until the battery has a reserve again.
